Shipping Policy

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING 

Any customs fees are not Project Good Source Ltd.'s responsibility. Any additional taxes and fees are your responsibility. There are no refunds for shipping and handling charges. The cost of return shipping costs is the responsibility of the international consumers.

A standard fee of £20 will be applied to all international orders.

TAXES & IMPORT DUTIES

Any import taxes, tariffs, or customs fees that may be applied when an order is delivered are borne by the customer. We have no influence over these costs, which are set by the destination country's customs office. For additional details on these possible fees, we advise clients to speak with their local customs office.

UNDELIVERED PACKAGES

The cost of return shipping and any applicable import duties or taxes will be borne by the client if a package is returned to our warehouse due to unsuccessful delivery. These expenses will be deducted from the entire return amount. After receiving and examining the returned package, we will complete the refund minus these deductions.

PRODUCT AVAILABILITY 

We will send you an email if the item you ordered is either out of stock or awaiting restocking. You can choose to cancel the order or request an email notification when the product becomes available for purchase again using the options provided in this email.
Because our products are artisanal, in-stock items will be processed and dispatched in 15–18 days.

PRE ORDERS

Every item that can be pre-ordered will have a specific shipping date. Although we will try our best to update our site with any changes, these dates are not guaranteed.
