Returns & Refunds
Returns are accepted within 14 days of the delivery date.
Please keep in mind that many of the fabrics used in our clothing are not the result of large-scale manufacturing processes, but rather of traditional artisanal manual processes. The details in the fabric's spinning are not regarded as mistakes, but rather as an integral part of its beauty and individuality, and as therefore, they are not eligible for returns.
We do not offer free shipping. We recognise sizing can be tricky but statistics suggests that free returns enhance sales, however, it also indicates that more orders are being placed before carefully examining size guides. Our environment is impacted as a result of the rise in both outgoing and returned shipment. Mindful buying is the only proven strategy to lessen our adverse environmental impact. We advise you to measure yourself, refer to the sizing guide on each product, and get in touch with Customer Service if you require any additional assistance.
Every item that is returned will be inspected. A return will be refused and the item will be mailed back to the customer at their expense if there are any indications of dirt, makeup, or odour after this examination.
Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it for it to be eligible for a return.
Returns will not be accepted for items with any indications of wear or use, including wrinkles, makeup stains, perfume, deodorant marks, or a smell.
Additionally, it needs to be in its original packing.
Returns that do not adhere to the return policy may be rejected by the brand, particularly if the item of clothing exhibits wear or usage.
In order to return the things to us, you must arrange your own postage. We advise keeping record of the tracking information and choosing a Registered Postal Service. Any loss of returned clothing is not Project Good Source Ltd.'s responsibility.

Refrain from including a signature on delivery.
Please send an email to contact@projectgoodsource.com as soon as you ship your return. This enables us to plan for its delivery and guarantee a seamless return procedure. Kindly provide the reason for returning the dress, the original order number, and all tracking information. We will be able to follow the return, identify it as soon as it arrives, and prevent needless processing delays with the use of this information.
REFUND POLICY
Your item must be in the following condition in order to qualify for a return:
· The item must be in its original condition, unwashed, undamaged, and unused.
· All of the original tags must be attached and undamaged.
· The original box, bags, and packaging, along with any other included materials, must be returned.
· Returns will not be accepted for items with any indications of wear or use, such as wrinkles, makeup stains, or odour.
Returns that do not adhere to the return policy may be rejected by the brand, particularly if the item of clothing exhibits wear or usage.
Costs
Taxes, duties, and shipping are non-refundable costs.
Damaged or Faulty Products
Although we sincerely hope this never occurs, please check your order when it is delivered and get in touch with us right away if you think the product is defective. We sincerely apologise. Provide your name, order number, and a picture of the damaged item and email it to contact@projectgoodsource.com. Together, you and our customer service staff will assess and fix the problem.
Non-returnable Products / Exceptions
Some items, such custom products (like special orders or personalised items), are not returnable. Regretfully, gift cards and sale products cannot be returned.
Undelivered Packages
The cost of return shipping and any applicable import duties or taxes will be borne by the client if a package is returned to our warehouse due to unsuccessful delivery. These expenses will be deducted from the entire return amount. After receiving and examining the returned package, we will complete the reimbursement, minus these deductions.
Exchanges
Returning the product you have is the quickest way to guarantee you receive what you want. After the return is approved, you can purchase the new product separately.
Returning Process
· Products must be returned and received at our warehouse within fourteen (14) days from the date of delivery.
· When a return is made, the customer must email at contact@projectgoodsource.com to let us know, along with the original purchase number, any tracking information, and the reason for the return.
· You will receive an email confirming the receipt of your return once it has been processed, which should take three (3) to seven (7) business days.
Refunds
Depending on your banking partner, the refund could take up to ten (10) business days after you receive the email confirmation. Please keep in mind that processing and posting the refund may take some time by your bank or credit card company.
Lost Packages
We need evidence that the package was sent if it is lost during the return procedure. To confirm the address and dispatch, kindly share the shipping label or the tracking number. We will not be able to conduct a refund without this proof. Project Good Source Ltd. will not be responsible for any loss of the clothing if it is returned without evidence of shipment.
